John C. Santora, Cpm®, has been
named Chief Executive Officer, Client
Solutions, for Cushman & Wakefield,
AmO®, in New York. In this new position, he will oversee one the firm’s
largest operating unit with more than
7,000 employees. Santora has served as president and
chief executive officer for the firm’s Americas region since
mid-2008.
yvonne A. Jones, Cpm, CCim has been
promoted to president of Zifkin Realty
Group, LLC, AMO, a full-service commercial real estate company in Chicago.
In her new role as president, she will
be responsible for overseeing the management and growth of both the brokerage and property
management divisions of the company.

organization focusing on the management and leasing of residential real estate throughout
the southwestern and western United States. The firm,
headquartered in Phoenix, Ariz., currently manages 9,500
units located in Arizona, Texas and New Mexico.
John finch recently received the
Accredited Commercial Management
(ACoM) Certification from IREM. The
ACoM is designed for managers who
have at least 20,000 square feet and a
minimum of 12 months of commercial
real estate management experience. To earn the certification a candidate must complete all necessary IREM
courses, pass a certification exam and adhere to the IREM
Code of Professional Ethics. Finch has over five years of
experience in the commercial real estate management
industry. He joined CB Richard Ellis, AMO, in 2005 as a
maintenance technician.
